 AI Startup Factory (YZF) invests in AI startups founded by Turkish entrepreneurs with strong momentum, high global growth potential, and the ability to build transformative products. Our mission is to accelerate the development of the Turkish AI ecosystem, support startups throughout their scale-up journey, and connect them with the right stakeholders to help them succeed globally.

 

YZF is more than an investment fund. It is a holistic ecosystem builder that brings together academia, industry, founders, the public sector, and investors. We facilitate access to capital, enable knowledge sharing, and drive collaboration, and to date we have delivered more than 250 curated introductions that support startup growth and strategic expansion. With this inclusive and ecosystem-driven approach, we aim not only to empower the companies we invest in, but also to create value for the broader AI ecosystem. 
 
YZF began its journey by backing pre-seed and seed-stage startups during the earliest phase of the ecosystem. As the market matured and founders gained more momentum, YZF evolved as well. Today, we invest in companies that have validated their business model, entered global markets, and reached the scale-up stage. This shift happened in an exceptionally short timeframe of just two and a half years, reflecting both the speed of the ecosystem and YZF’s adaptability.  
Looking ahead, YZF plans to accelerate its international presence, deepen global partnerships, and strengthen its role as a leading platform that connects Turkish AI founders with the world. Our goal is to help more AI startups break into global markets and to remain a driving force in shaping the future of the Turkish AI ecosystem.
